We aim to describe every property we market accurately and to give buyers the material information they need, in line with National Trading Standards guidance. Property details are not part of any contract.

Regulation and redress

TIDMANS is a trading name of Tidman&Co Limited, a firm regulated by RICS (search RICS-regulated firms on RICS Find a Surveyor). See what "Regulated by RICS" means. We do not hold client money.

• Estate agency redress scheme: the Property Redress Scheme, membership number PRS058582 (registered to Tidman&co ltd).
• Surveying services, independent dispute resolution: the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), an RICS-approved provider, free of charge for consumers. It considers a matter once our own procedure has been completed, or eight weeks have passed.

Conflicts of interest

We check for conflicts of interest before accepting any instruction, as RICS requires. If a conflict arises, for example a survey request on a home we are marketing, we will tell you and will not act where it cannot be properly managed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
