Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, property address and postcode, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and, if present, campaign tags (UTM parameters and Google click ID) so we know how you found us.

How we use it and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you ask for (steps before entering a contract), and to keep records (legitimate interests and legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering checks for estate agency).

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data for us: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection), Resend (email delivery) and Survey Booker (online survey, valuation and EPC quotes and booking). When we market or sell a home, we share the details needed with property portals, buyers' and sellers' solicitors and, where required, identity-check providers.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet legal and professional obligations. For example, the money laundering regulations require us to keep customer due diligence records for five years after a business relationship ends.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or ask for a copy. Contact us at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
