We visit your home, look at its condition, features and setting, and talk through what matters to you. You then get a considered view of the likely price and how best to market it.
Is a market appraisal the same as a RICS valuation?
No. A market appraisal is advice for selling. If you need a formal RICS valuation report, for example for probate, please see our RICS valuations page.
Is there a charge for a market appraisal?
No. A market appraisal from Tidmans is free.
